What is your return/refund policy?

- All sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders that have been completed and shipped.

- If your order arrives badly damaged or incorrect, contact me via email within 7 days of your order being delivered and I will work with you to resolve the issue via replacement or refund. Replacement is not guaranteed depending on item availability. 

I need to cancel my order!

- If your order has not been shipped yet and you need to cancel, please contact me with your order number as soon as possible.

Something is wrong with my order / package / etc!

- Please contact me via email as soon as you find an issue regarding shipping or my website.

- Depending on the order, it may be replaceable depending on item availability. Replacement is not guaranteed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Please allow 1-2 weeks for me to fulfill your order.

- Once your product is shipped, depending on where your address is, your product may arrive in approximately:
-USA/Canada: 1-5 business days
-International: 1-4+ week

Does my order have tracking or insurance?

- Stamped letter mail does not include tracking or insurance.

- Simple export rate has tracking but no insurance.

- Other shipment methods that include tracking and/or insurance may vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

- Yes! Most international countries are available to be shipped to. Some countries may not be available due to international restrictions or ongoing conflicts. If you would like to order a product, but cannot find your country listed, contact me via email and I will try my best to find a solution.

How much is shipping?

- Shipping is automatically calculated based on the packaging, product weight and type, and the distance to your destination.

- Add items to your cart and your address at checkout to view what your shipping options and rates will be!

Duties and Taxes (PLEASE READ if you are ordering international)

- If you are ordering internationally, please be aware of any customs and import regulations or restrictions in your country before ordering. I am shipping from the United States of America.

- International orders may be subject to your country's possible import taxes, customs duties, VATs and/or fees. These charges are typically due when they arrive at the country's border.

- These charges are not included in any of my product’s prices, shipping cost, or handling fees.

- I am not responsible for any of these additional charges that may apply. I am not able to reimburse any of these charges that may be required of you when you pick up your order.
